Our office will be closed July 6, 2017 through July 13, 2017. Maintenance staff will be working a normal schedule. Emergency calls will be accepted and handled through our office. Emergencies are: Failure of sump pumps, basement or roof leaks, sewer back up in basements. All other voice messages and emails will be handled in the order they are received and responded to starting July 14, 2017.
TRASH: Pick up will be on a one day delay the week of the 2nd . Please do not place trash out before Tuesday, July 4th after 4 pm. Normal schedule will resume the week of July 9, 2017.
FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED ON THE CROSSWINDS PROPERTY. ANY REPORTS OF USAGE WILL BE ASSESSED INFRACTION FINES AS WELL AS COST OF DAMAGES IF INCURRED.
